1. How long does shipping take?

We usually process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Other areas: 5–7 business days

• Remote regions: Up to 10 days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer COD on select orders. A small additional fee may apply, visible at checkout.

3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can help modify or cancel it. Please contact us at maharajheritage@gmail.com as soon as possible.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned — we may expand soon!

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re really sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly.
